Doctor Farmer manufactures over 60 types of pesticides, including fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, and desiccants. Additionally, the company develops a line of organomineral fertilizers based on active forms of humic and other organic acids.
Doctor Farmer’s production facilities are located in the city of Kuybyshev, in the Novosibirsk region—an area renowned for its strong agricultural tradition and agro-industrial development. This strategic location enables the company to maintain a close connection with the agricultural sector, allowing for continuous monitoring of modern farming needs while focusing on the quality, reliability, and efficiency of products designed for plant protection and nutrition.
The company also operates a dedicated chemical research laboratory in Moscow, where products are continuously developed and enhanced in collaboration with leading scientific research institutes of the Russian Federation. Production
History
Production is organized in accordance with state-of-the-art technological and environmental standards, ensuring both high product efficiency and complete environmental safety.
The manufacturing process is certified under a quality management system in compliance with international standards, as evidenced by the Quality Austria certificate No. 20489/0. Doctor Farmer operates its own certified laboratory for production control, enabling thorough analysis of raw materials and rigorous quality control of finished products in line with international requirements.
The exceptionally great climatic challenges prevailing in Siberia, the short vegetation period, along with the need to increase yields and enhance plant resistance to various types of stress, led to the need to develop substances that would help plants achieve these goals.
Thus, through experimentation with various active ingredients at the Doctor Farmer institute, the formulation for Kontur fertilisers and biostimulants was developed, which was later upgraded until it was finalised into 6 products that follow the plant throughout the entire vegetation period.
