Modern technologies in the service of agricultural education
Successful partnership kickoff
25 March 2026 – Representatives of the company Doktor Farmer visited the Agricultural School in Vršac, marking the official start of a new development project that combines science, digital precision, and practical application in crop farming.
During today’s activities, multispectral imaging was carried out on the school’s estate, covering an area of approximately eight hectares. This process provides a detailed insight into crop health, which is crucial for further yield optimisation. In addition to the imaging, a precise spray treatment was performed on two experimental plots of half a hectare each – one with weaker wheat and the other with more advanced wheat – to monitor the effects of our products under real-world conditions.
Focus on education and precise measurements
In addition to the use of drones for documentation and filming, detailed soil measurements were also conducted, as well as Brix analysis, the results of which will be systematically processed and presented in tables for further monitoring. We are particularly pleased that the school director and lead technologists attended today’s activities, bringing their students with them. We had the opportunity to explain innovative working methods to future experts and show them how technology is changing modern agriculture. Everyone present expressed great satisfaction with the project and the results achieved so far.
Plans until harvest
In the coming period, multispectral imaging will be performed continuously, every 7 to 10 days (depending on weather conditions), until the harvest itself. In this way, across the total area of eight hectares, the difference between the treated areas and the rest of the wheat crop will be clearly visible.
